Such a unique setting demanded a design solution that would complement and enhance the natural beauty of the location while providing practical functionality. Our solution featured a state-of-the-art Retractable Roof, expertly paired with automated Ziptrak outdoor blinds. This combination provided the Throssells with unparalleled flexibility. On a beautiful sunny spring day, they can fully open the space to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views. In contrast, during less favorable weather conditions, they can close the area off, transforming it into an additional 50 square meters of usable space that remains comfortable and sheltered.
Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure the system not only met functional needs but also blended seamlessly with the property’s aesthetics. The heights and frame positioning were carefully considered to preserve and accentuate the property’s incredible views, ensuring that the new additions enhanced rather than obstructed the natural scenery.
To further enhance the outdoor experience, we added external shutter panels. These panels serve a dual purpose: they protect the newly installed outdoor kitchen from the elements and provide additional privacy for the master bedroom. The shutters were designed to complement the overall aesthetic of the home, ensuring a cohesive look throughout the property.
