We love when our clients have done their research and know what they want and this is exactly what happened when the Throssell’s reached out to us to add an indoor/outdoor element to their amazing holiday home and Air Bnb.
With the home nestled in the Yallingup hills surrounded by gum trees and with views of the Southwest coastline we had to design a system to suit. Our Retractable Roof paired with automated Ziptrak outdoor blinds did exactly that. It’s given them the ability to open up on a beautiful sunny spring day or close up and utilise another 50m2 of usable space in any weather. Heights and frame positioning were all carefully thought about to help maintain the property’s amazing views.
We also added external shutter panels for protection of the new outdoor kitchen and privacy to the master bedroom.
