Cover Co - Who we are
Founded in 2019, Cover Co was started to bring better-looking, better-built outdoor shade to WA. Today we design and install Louvre and Retractable Pergolas for Perth homeowners, builders and hospitality venues, working out of our base in Hamilton Hill.
The finish is what we are judged on, so we look after every job from setting out to handover. We have a full book of work ahead of us, and we are building the team to match.
What you will be doing
- Installing Louvre and Retractable Pergolas at homes and venues around Perth
- Working alongside our install team on site, from start to finish
- Reading plans and product specs, and learning our systems inside out
- Talking with clients on site and representing Cover Co professionally
- Leaving every job with a clean finish and a tidy site
Two ways in
Already installed outdoor shade?
If you have installed louvres, patios or pergolas, or you come from a carpentry or building background, you will pick up our systems quickly. We want people who take pride in their work and want a long-term place to grow it.
New and keen to learn?
You do not need prior installation experience. If you are good with your hands, turn up ready to work and want to learn, we will train you on real jobs from day one.
What we are looking for
- Reliability. This one is non-negotiable.
- A current driver’s licence
- A White Card, or happy to get one
- Comfortable working at heights, handling heavy material and working outdoors in the heat
- Clear, professional communication with the team and with clients
- A willingness to learn and pride in the finished job
The details
This is a full-time, long-term role. Most mornings start at our Hamilton Hill base before heading out to site. Some Saturdays are required.
