Working closely with the homeowner, Leon of Leonhouse Design created a stunning minimalist home along the Perth coast, featuring expansive glass skylights and sleek exteriors. Concerned about the intense summer sun but eager to maintain the home’s clean aesthetic, he asked us to create a solution that offered shade and style.Â
We designed the perfect solution – a sleek, automated folding arm awning installed over the pool area, providing effortless shade at the touch of a button. No permanent structures needed! We also fitted an automated conservatory awning above the living room skylight, both finished in a timeless Monument matte powder coat. Now, the homeowners enjoy complete control over light and heat, savouring their beautiful space year-round.
