When the creative team at Nokturnl Group—the team behind Perth favourites like The Beaufort and The Old Synagogue—set out to create Stories at Yagan Square, they faced a challenge. They dreamed of a multi-level venue that could embrace the sunshine and fresh air but also offer cosy protection when the weather turned. That’s where we came in. We brought their vision to life with Oztech retractable roof systems and a Lumex Louvre roof system on the upper level, giving them complete control over their dance floor atmosphere. The middle-level balcony got a stylish upgrade with Ziptrak blinds, and the ground-floor restaurant, Klara, now delights guests with the perfect light and shade thanks to Horiso External Venetian systems.

By working hand-in-hand with their architects, we ensured everything fit seamlessly, without a hitch in their timeline. The result? A stunning venue that adapts effortlessly to the seasons, ready for patrons to enjoy all year round.
